Kara Turner is a Social Media Marketing specialist who partners with small business owners to increase brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns. Having spent the last 5 years in a sales role for the oil and gas industry, Kara truly understands how to drive business and increase sales – and it's not the latest marketing trend! Brand awareness is the key to telling your business's unique story which builds relationships with your ideal customer.

When Kara is not at work, she is busy filling her role at home as a maid, chauffeur, chef, and personal assistant to her 3 children.
Ashley Ebert is a Photographer and Graphic Designer who seeks to improve the quality of small business advertising and story-telling. Having grown up around mechanical engineers, Ashley has a passion for innovating energy industry marketing.

When Ashley is not designing and photographing for ADV, she's busy being a full-time marketing student at Texas A&M, photographing weddings with Mustard Seed Photography, and cooking with her husband, Matt.
Ivy Robinson is a Content Creator specializing in photography, social media marketing, and graphic design. Having parents as entrepreneurs and growing up in a rural community, Ivy has a thorough understanding and deep appreciation for small businesses. She is passionate about helping companies grow through their marketing.

Ivy attended Texas A&M University where she received her B.S. in Agricultural Communications & Journalism and M.S. in Business. Outside of her work at ADV, Ivy enjoys photography, exercising, playing guitar and piano, fishing, and helping out on her family's ranch with their commercial and purebred cattle operations.
Sarah Roberts is a Writer, Graphic Designer, and Web Designer with a passion for integrating analytics and data-driven insights with storytelling. She has experience optimizing email marketing campaigns, writing and creating persuasive graphics and print media, and setting up performance analytics to track the success of integrated marketing strategies.

When Sarah is not writing, designing, or analyzing for ADV Marketing, she is busy studying as a Master of Science in Marketing student at Texas A&M University, where she also got her BBA degree in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising Strategy. She loves reading everything, cooking (and eating) new recipes, and spending time with her family and friends. Also, she couldn’t live without chocolate.
In addition to Chris’ role as Co-founder of ADV Marketing, he is President and Founder of ADV Integrity, Inc., a company focused on the assessment of advanced technologies, pipeline features, and repair methods using full-scale testing and numerical modeling. Over the past three years, ADV has grown from one person to over 20 staff members. In 2020 ADV served 45 companies, including 15 oil and gas pipeline companies and 30 technology companies. Although Chris is an engineer by training, he has a passion for strategy, business development, and helping others succeed. This was the driver in his wanting to start ADV Marketing.
Chris is widely-recognized for his expertise in full-scale testing and for 25 years has been integrally-involved in the assessment of composite repair technologies. Over the past 15 years he has put together over 30 Joint Industry Programs involving the assessment of a wide range of technologies with companies from around the world. He received B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Chris spends his time outside of work with his wife, Tanya, and their three children. He is an avid reader, enjoys running, a periodic golfer, flies radio-controlled airplanes, past Chairman of the Rosehill Christian School Board, and is an Elder at Magnolia Bible Church. He is author of Be the Beans and co-hosts the Business by the Books podcast with his daughter, Ashley.
